Michael Calvin, MBA
Passion for recruiting and helping clients hire the best people for their organization is what separates Mike from other recruiters. He has worked in a variety of industries including Engineering, Telecom, Information Technology, Healthcare, Accounting, Construction, and Higher Education. Mike earned his MBA from Louisiana State University, Shreveport and a bachelor’s degree in History from Point Loma Nazarene University. When not working, Mike enjoys hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities.
Kristie Calvin, Ph.D.
Kristie brings over 20 years of education and business experience to 1st Fruits Consulting. She has placed a number of quality candidates in Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services and Academics due to her experience in higher education. Kristie holds a doctorate in Speech and Hearing Science from Arizona State University, a Certificate in Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage, a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors of Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Christianne Gonzalez
Born and raised in Alaska, Christianne began recruiting with 1st Fruits Consulting after working two years in virtual office support sales and management and six years in banking. Since joining the team in 2013, her online researching skills have been a huge support to the company and our clients. Christianne completed Metro Atlanta Master’s Commission in Atlanta, GA in 2007. She enjoy's making jewelry and spending time with her family.
Cheryl Allen
With an extensive background in sales and customer support, Cheryl was the first female District Service Manager for Chevrolet and managed all aspects of the fixed operations for a group of Chevy dealerships. She has worked in the advertising, wedding, and higher education industries and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to support the clients at 1st Fruits Consulting. Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Michigan University.
